I'm in San Antonio, if that helps (Maybe Nelson Elite is a.local company?) The head is a WS-1 series.pretty sure that's clack.or something. I can tell, however, that the media tank is black and shiny underneath the jacket (aquapure?) The image is a plastic sweat jacket, as I would have to remove the valve head to take it off and I'm just not there, yet. (No beads in the plumbing or water heater, thankfully.) Hi there! I was wondering if you might be able to help me identify this water softener - I'm looking at maybe doing a DIY media replacement, as when the softener is in service, the water pressure in the house is poo.
